HOW IT WORKS

Get comfortable and close your eyes. Take a moment to settle your body and attention.
Enter the Place and notice what is there. Journeying is often visual, but not always. You may experience images, feelings, sounds, movement, or simply a sense of what is happening.
Think of the journey as a story. The narrative matters more than having clear or consistent visual details.
Settle into the Place and become present there.
Allow the Spirit to appear and interact with you in the Place.
Let the Action unfold between you, the Spirit, and the Place. Don’t force it.
Stay with the journey for at least 5 minutes if possible, though it can last as long as feels natural.
When the journey feels complete, return and record what you experienced.
